The first session is the time to explore what brought you to therapy and to determine if our working relationship is a good fit. During this time, information is gathered about your current individual needs. During this meeting you can spend some time getting to know me and asking questions as needed about our work together. Once we both I have enough information to formulate therapy recommendations we can then discuss next steps.
Follow up sessions: Generally appointments are 50-minute sessions . We work together to determine the frequency of therapy sessions (e.g., weekly, bimonthly, monthly).
Both self-pay and insurance are accepted as payment. I accept credit cards and HSA cards.
I am an in-network provider for Aetna and Blue Cross/Blue Shield, You will be responsible at the time of services for your copay or coinsurance.
