My approach incorporates Motivational Interviewing (MI) (a compassion collaborative conversation) as the main foundation of the work. Each person is unique and other modalities are drawn upon as needed such as, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Non-violent Communication, Mindfulness Skills, Expressive Art Therapy, earth and body-centered practices.
I offer holistic psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families looking to grow and heal. My methods focus each person's needs incorporating, verbal, creative and non-verbal techniques to navigate life's challenges. Attachment and relationships are key to the healing process on building relationships and connections in the community to facilitate independence and long term growth.
I have an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a major in human resources and a graduate degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston College.
My practice currently is focused on; holistic psychotherapy with individuals, couples and families, consultations and professional mentoring to assist in navigating life’s changes and challenges.
From the beginning of my social work career my speciality has been on family systems, supporting individuals of of ages. More recently my focused has moved to adults providing individual, parenting, couples and family therapy.
Over the years I have participated in countless workshops, lectures, seminars and trainings as a therapist, coach, mentor, supervisor, educator, officer, consultant, and facilitator for groups, trainings and organizations.

I have two adult children and four grandchildren who live nearby. I enjoy an active life and being outdoors. In my free time, I enjoy yoga, swimming, meditation, camping, cycling, hiking, snowshoeing, kayaking and creative arts.
